B. Audio Data and Call Information
Our virtual agent audio services include the processing of audio recordings from telephone or VoIP calls. Specifically, we may record:
Audio Recordings: Full or partial call recordings.
Transcriptions and Metadata: Transcriptions, call timestamps, duration, and other contextual metadata.
Note: By using our services, you acknowledge that calls will be recorded and that such recordings, including any derivations (e.g., transcriptions), may be used to train and improve our machine learning models. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all participants in these calls have been appropriately informed and have provided any necessary consents required by law.
C. Technical and Usage Data
We may automatically collect technical data when you access our services, including:

Cookies and similar tracking technologies for service performance and analytics
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
Provide and Enhance Our Services: Operate, support, and improve our virtual agent audio services.
Train Machine Learning Models: Utilize audio recordings and associated data to enhance our machine learning algorithms and improve service quality.

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical measures to safeguard your information. However, no security system is infallible and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are encouraged to implement complementary security measures in their own systems as necessary.
6. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, please note that your business or associated personal data may be transferred to and maintained in the United States or other countries. By using our services, you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards as described in any applicable DPA.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Rights
Customer Obligations: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all individuals whose data is recorded (including employees and call participants) have been informed of, and have consented to, such recordings as required by applicable law.
Data Access and Corrections: Where relevant law provides, Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data processed on their behalf. Requests should be directed to our support team, and we will cooperate subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not designed for the collection or processing of personal data from children. Should such data be inadvertently collected, we will take steps to promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and any related DPA from time to time. The revised version will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" and will be applicable to data processed after such revisions. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
